Types of Sound Baths
One of the beautiful things about sound healing is that there isn’t just one style — I offer several different experiences depending on the intention of the session.
I focus on each chakra individually, spending about a minute with the corresponding crystal singing bowl to help bring each energy center back into balance.
A more immersive musical journey using multiple crystal singing bowls, chimes, flute, and other healing instruments to create harmonies that encourage deep relaxation and meditation.
During these sessions, I combine my voice with the bowls. Sometimes I sing healing tones, and at other times I intuitively channel what many people refer to as light language — a spontaneous vocal expression intended to support healing, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
I also offer experiences centered around Full Moons, New Moons, the changing seasons, intentions, manifestations, heart healing, stress relief, and other themes. Each one is designed to create a unique energetic experience.
Every sound bath is a little different because I tailor it to the purpose of the gathering and the needs of the participants. I love blending different healing modalities to create an experience that is both deeply relaxing and meaningful.
