Give your team the reset of a lifetime. Premium, custom-designed sound bath and mindfulness experiences for offices, offsites, conferences, and executive retreats — in-person or virtual.
Burnout is up. Attention is fractured. Culture is thin. A live sound bath is one of the fastest, most memorable, and most scientifically grounded ways to shift a group out of survival mode and back into presence, creativity, and connection — in a single session.
Michelle Hummel is a certified sound healing practitioner and founder of My Peace Guru. She has guided thousands of people — from Fortune 500 leadership teams to hospital staff to conference audiences — into deep, restorative wellbeing through the ancient practice of vibrational sound.
Backed by neuroscience. Loved by every generation in the room.
Sound therapy shifts the nervous system out of fight-or-flight in minutes — the fastest team reset available.
Post-session participants report deeper focus, better decisions, and more creative flow for hours afterward.
Investing in wellbeing signals that you value your people — one of the strongest levers for loyalty and engagement.
A regular practice supports sleep, mood, and emotional regulation across the whole team.
No experience required. Everyone can participate — lying down, seated, or from their desk.
A shared, embodied experience creates connection that no slide deck or happy hour can match.
Every engagement is custom-designed around your goals, group, and format.

A corporate sound bath is a guided group wellness experience where crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments are played to guide participants into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. It requires no prior meditation experience, and is proven to reduce stress, lower cortisol, and improve focus.
Most corporate sessions run 45 to 75 minutes. We can compress to a 30-minute lunch-hour reset or extend to a 90-minute executive experience depending on your goals.
