Belly Dancing Class

Belly Dancing is a great exercise to build core strength, and improve coordination, and balance. A great workout as well to burn calories and tone the body. It’s recommended to buy a belly dancing skirt if you don’t already have one so you can get motivated by the sounds of the chimes as you shimmy. (30 min. All levels). GRAB MY TICKET
