About Michelle Hummel

My spiritual journey began in October 2019, when I traveled to Hawaii to complete my Yoga Teacher Training at Yandara. Surrounded by a community of kind, conscious, and generous souls, I felt deeply inspired to create a path that would help others experience the same sense of peace, connection, and inner grounding I found there. During my time at Yandara, I also expanded my energy-healing studies, deepening my understanding of embodiment, presence, and intentional living. Feeling profoundly grateful for the wisdom, friendships, and transformative experiences I received, I founded My Peace Guru as a sacred space to share spiritual tools, healing practices, and soulful education with others on their path toward inner peace. What began as a personal calling has since grown into an evolving body of work rooted in sound, awareness, and alignment — offering gentle, practical ways to support healing, balance, and spiritual growth.
